Hi there! I’m Bev, the creator behind ezpressons.com. I want you to love your hand-painted press-on nails as much as I love making them. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, I’m here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
Contact Me: Email me at beverly.litton@ezpressons.com with your order details and reason for the return. I’ll provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once I receive your returned item, I’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, I’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take a few days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact me at beverly.litton@ezpressons.com. I’ll guide you through the process of returning the original item and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, due to their personalized nature, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
